Auto-Solve
Auto-Solve is a UK based company, set up in 2000. Its main objective is to provide a comprehensive and easy-to-use information system within the E-book presentation and diagnostic assistance products for professional technicians.
Auto-Solve evolved from a group of people working within the automotive industry in both technical training and vehicle repairs. When you consider the complexity of today's modern motor vehicle it is impossible to diagnose faults without the right information, data and equipment.
Previously staff have been involved in technical training, diagnostic equipment sales, roadside breakdown assistance, general workshop repairs and specialist diagnostic fault finding.
The Auto-Solve diagnostic team are still involved within the workshop environment and are to be found solving both their own problems and those of other people on a daily basis. There is no substitute for 'hands on' experience when asking for help or advice.
We have a wide and varied technical library, plus countless years of practical experience and contacts, which leads us to believe that Auto-Solve may not have only heard of your problem, but we have probably encountered it ourselves.
Included within our 'Diagnostic Assistance' E-book are ways to test components, typical symptoms if the component fails and example waveforms. Testing procedures may include the use of an oscilloscope or a digital multimeter and while references may be made to a specific manufacturer's equipment, it is envisaged that the majority of both work in a similar fashion and will have comparable capabilities. The operation of the engine components will be similar between each manufacturer; however when testing and evaluating, you may require specific vehicle data.
Further information for vehicle specific faults and technical advice is available by using the discussion board. The discussion board allows you to post message that other registered users can reply to.
